What the relationship looks like
- 01
A first conversation carries no fee and no obligation.
- 02
What follows is an independent review, a health check of the governance, controls or business case in question, scoped in working days against a fixed fee agreed before it starts, ending in a written report that carries the diagnosis and the proposal for a mandate.
- 03
Mandate fees are then structured around the number of entities, countries, sites and people the work has to cover.
Every engagement HundredEast takes runs on a written scope against a fixed fee. Any change in scope or fees is subject to mutual written agreement, and hourly rates are excluded.
Stated plainly, because the line matters
HundredEast advises on the strategy and coordinates the specialists delivering the licensed work. Legal, audit and customs brokerage stay with firms engaged directly by you, each licensed for its own work and responsible for its own advice. That gives you one point of accountability for how the pieces fit together.
